Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 day(s) after making of reservation.
• Check-in time is after 12:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 12:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
• The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
• The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• Your credit card may be pre-authorized till 30 days before Your arrival. In order for us to successfully pre-authorize the card, You should have this amount on Your credit card. If we fail to charge the credit card, You will be informed and after that we reserve the right to cancel Your reservation. We accept following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERS. Payment is made at the reception in HRK, based on the current exchange rate on the day of payment. Please note that your credit card will be charged in HRK (Croatian currency). Your bank converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in HRK on the hotel invoice. The price of the pitch includes: Place for 1 tent + car, 1 camper or 1 caravan + car Connection to electricity, water and drainag on all pitch types Wireless Internet connection Earlier departures: The reserved pitch is paid for all reserved days (price for a pitch + 2 adults ) The number of the pitch it is not possible to book, but we will note Your wish and do our best to fulfill it. In period from 01.06.-12.09.2022. in case of cancellation 14-3 days before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation amount, in case of cancellation 3-0 days before arrival we charge 100% of the reservation amount. In all other periods in case of cancellation 7-3 days before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the reservation amount, in case of cancellation 3-0 days before arrival we charge 100% of the reservation amount. In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation amount.

• The reservation will be held by 20:00, on arrival date
• In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of 100,00 % of reservation value.
• In case of cancellation 3-0 days before arrival , we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value.
